cannot have right "gcc"...

Hello everybody,
I'm new to this mail list.
I have a prototype of gnu parser (cc1) for a parallel machine we have
built in the institute where I work.
It is a cross compiler, from intel x86 to ouyr machine.
How can i build "gcc" making it run the right cc1? (Not the standard
one)
Maybe it is a stupid question, thank you very much!!

By the way... how can i test it?
The testsuite is not included in the package anymore...

Bye
