Let's take a look at this one...

m68k-psos-elf-gcc -c    -I. -I/sts1mux/BootLoader/include -m68360 -Wall -g
-o 93LC66.o 93LC66.c

I'm getting this error message...

cc1.exe: Invalid option `68360'

It's working with mcpu32 and m68302 but not with the processor I'm using...
(Murphy strikes again!!!!!!!)

Any help?
