install newlib-1.8.2

Hi all!

I try to build and install newlib-1.8.2 for ARM
#./configure --target=arm-aout --prefix=/usr/local/arm
#make
#make install

The install copied only  libnosys.a into /usr/local/arm/arm-aout/lib

Is that all?
