Anybody care to try and see if my howto on building x86-cygwin hosted
x86-linux toolchain work?

Before someone asks yet again -- no, I don't know why anyone would
want to do this, but I've gotten too many requests for help to keep
on ignoring the issue.
Did I mention that this howto is completely untested? Caveat emptore,
and apologies in advance for the pain and suffering it may (will) inflict.
