Commit: Add -z globalaudit linker command line option

Hi Guys,

I am checking in the patch below to add a new linker command line
option: -z globalaudit. This option sets the DF_1_GLOBALAUDIT bit
in the DT_FLAGS_1 dynamic tag, which then enables global auditing.
(Provided that this feature is supported by the loader, of course).

Cheers
  Nick
