Test results look good so far, so yes, I think the patch is good for the
branch. It'll take several more hours for glibc testing to finish but
the gas/ld/binutils and gcc/g++/libstdc++ testsuites are all OK.
Update: my glibc testing tripped over an unrelated test harness issue
that I'm not going to be able to fix today. I'm OK with proceeding
without that testing; clearly shared libraries are working now and the
dynamic linker is not crashing.
