We don't support

       movsl %eax,%rax
       movsl (%rax),%rax

today. Remind me why we changed to support

       movzl %eax,%rax
       movzl (%rax),%rax

There is no code outer there which uses this mnemonic. Maybe it
was a mistake to allow it.
