[PATCH ARC 2/3]: Emulation and default script template changes.

Hi all,

This patch includes the changes to emulations and linker scripts. It
updates our previous old binutils based emulations and linker scripts to
a more similar to the current default Linux script templates.

arclinux.sc is mostly a copy from elf.sc. Unfortunately I could not make
it work with elf.sc, as our compiler expects symbols .tdata and .tbss to
be defined.
My perception was that in order to use elf.sc I would need to change it
by adding a new environment variable and set it in our emulation.
Please let me know if I am mistaken. In that case I will happily use
elf.sc instead. ;-)

Best regards,
Cupertino

ld/ChangeLog:

Cupertino Miranda <cmiranda@synopsys.com>
    emulparams/arcelf.sh: Changed.
    emulparams/arclinux.sh: Likewise.
    scripttempl/arclinux.sc: Moved to a more
      standard implementation similar to elf.sc.
