Invoke aout N_* macros with pointer to struct


No functional changes here.  This tidy came about when I started
looking at making N_HEADER_IN_TEXT agree with aout_backend_data, but
failed to complete the change.

BTW, some of these headers don't seem to be used anywhere:
include/aout/dynix3.h, include/aout/encap.h, include/aout/hp.h,
gas/config/aout_gnu.h
