Hi,

added Fujitsu FR80 processor to last snapshot of binutils, based on FR30 code:
- fix: FR30/FR80 code segement must be aligned to 2
- implemented FR80 opcodes
- added ELF header flags for FR80 machine
- added GAS command line options -mfr30, -mfr80, --enforce-aligned-data

After applying the patch you must regenerate CGEN files (make stamp-fr30) and regenerate headers (make headers).
