Commit: Add support for MSP430X architecture

Hi Guys,

  I am checking in the attached patch to extend the MSP430 port by
  adding support for the MSP430X architecture.  It also adds support for
  linking MSP430 binaries created by the TI compiler, and for a hardware
  erratum for the MSP43x5xx series of processors.
