FYI, better cvs-to-git name mapping

I've updated the list on sourceware that maps cvs "login name"
to git's "User Name <email>", using email addresses from the
ChangeLog files. Email addresses elided:

That means that from now on, when these users create a
cvs commit, the automatically-derived git commit will have
the name,email pair on the RHS. This cannot adjust your
existing commits in the current repository.
