FYI, better cvs-to-git name mapping

I've updated the list on sourceware that maps cvs "login name"
to git's "User Name <email>", using email addresses from the
ChangeLog files.  Email addresses elided:

  aburgess=Andrew Burgess <...>
  cltang=Chung-Lin Tang <...>
  denis=Denis Pilat <...>
  espindola=Rafael ïvila de Espïïndola <...>
  iains=Iain Sandoe <...>
  jsm=Jason Molenda <...>
  jwlemke=James Lemke <...>
  kwerner= Ken Werner <...>
  mark=Mark Wielaard <...>
  mgretton=Matthew Gretton-Dann <...>
  neggone=Nagajyothi Eggone <...>
  pinskia=Andrew Pinski <...>
  qiyao=Yao Qi <...>
  qneill=Quentin Neill <...>
  ro=Rainer Orth <...>
  seank=Sean Keys <...>
  segher=Segher Boessenkool <...>
  simonb=Simon Baldwin <...>
  spop=Sebastian Pop <...>
  walt=Walter Lee <...>
  wrighton=Mike Wrighton <...>
  xmj=Mingjie Xing <...>
  yufeng=Yufeng Zhang <...>

That means that from now on, when these users create a
cvs commit, the automatically-derived git commit will have
the name,email pair on the RHS. This cannot adjust your
existing commits in the current repository.
