PATCH: Fix RX GAS testsuite failures

Hi Guys,

I am applying the attached patch to fix up the GAS testsuite failures
for the RX port. Most of the problems are connected with the RX
target's unusual choice of default section names, but there was also a
problem with the .p2align directives inserting NOPs and the
auto-generated RX instruction tests generating illegal instructions.

Cheers
  Nick
