commits not showing up in bugzilla

- Subject: commits not showing up in bugzilla
Does anyone know why commits fixing bugs are no longer showing up in
the relevant bugzilla entry? It used to be that a cvs log entry
containing a line with the PR number would cause the cvs commit
message and files changed to be copied to bugzilla.
