Hi,
This change adds support for the M14K and M14Kc cores on top of the MCU
ASE.
Regression-tested succesfully with mips-sde-elf and mips-linux-gnu
targets.

"m14kc".
* doc/c-mips.texi (MIPS architecture options): Add "m14k" and
