  That's ok; thanks for checking back in, I will close the bug report now.

  Nope, that should be absolutely fine on cygwin these days, in fact we now
prefer Dwarf-2 exceptions and SjLj is deprecated.  It's certainly how the
cygwin distro compiler is built.
