ARM uppercase MSR names

- Subject: ARM uppercase MSR names
The patch below adds uppercase variants to the tables of ARMv7-M PSR names.
Explicitly listing both usercase and lowercase is lame, but there's plenty of
prior art for doing so.
I also added an xPSR alias used in the architecture docs.
Tested on arm-none-eabi.
Applied to head.
