removing reliance on NBPG/UPAGES in bfd/trad-core.c

with the linux kernel moving to sanitized headers, asm/page.h and asm/user.h
have been pretty much killed off ... for most people, this doesnt matter, but
for targets that utilize bfd/trad-core.c, binutils no longer builds

this is because it uses the define NBPG/UPAGES without any fallbacks ... NBPG
is normally defined as either a constant in asm/user.h or as PAGE_SIZE from
asm/page.h which itself is no longer exported

i dont know the history here, but it looks like trad-core.c should be
converted from NBPG to getpagesize() since the configure script goes through
so much trouble to make sure this is sane
