Seems like a bug in the gcc-4.1 package in Debian on mips/mipsel: it
doesn't include cc1plus.
gcc-4.1 -B/home/tbm/src/binutils-2.16.92/builddir-single/ld/tmpdir/gas/ -I/home/tbm/src/binutils-2.16.92/ld/testsuite/ld-selective -g -O2 -w -O -ffunction-sections -fdata-sections -fvtable-gc -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti -c /home/tbm/src/binutils-2.16.92/ld/testsuite/ld-selective/3.cc -o tmpdir/3.o
