This is not how you submit a file for inclusion in the official
sources!  You need to update the file so that it works with current
CVS, and supply proper changelog entries.  If you can't do this work
yourself, then find someone else to do it from amongst BSD enthusiasts,
or pay one of the companies who specialise in this work,
eg. codesourcery.com or specifixinc.com.
