Binutils 2.16.1 released

I have tagged and uploaded binutils 2.16.1 to the usual places: ftp.gnu.org
and sourceware.org.  This release fixes a number of assorted problems in
binutils 2.16, mostly minor.  Here's a non-exhaustive list of the fixes:
  - Assorted powerpc64 dot symbols bug fixes
  - Parallel build fixes for the bfd documentation
  - A MIPS dynamic tag fix for large shared libraries
  - Improved detection of corrupt input files
