[committed] Fix missing space in disassembly of floating-point instructions on hppa

When revised the hppa opcode table to improve the handling of cache
control completers, I inadvertently used cm instead of cM, and cx
instead of cX in a number of floating-point instruction patterns.
The latter forms cause the emission of a space in the disassembler
and provide a better formatted output.

Tested on hppa-unknown-linux-gnu with no regressions.

	* hppa.h (pa_opcodes): Use cM and cX instead of cm and cx,
respectively, in various floating-point load and store patterns.
