Fix description of objcopy's -K switch

Hi Guys,
The description of objcopy's and strip's -K switch is incorrect.
It claims that only the specified symbol will be kept, whereas in
fact other, essential symbols will also be kept. Thus I am applying
the patch below to fix the descriptions.
