Subject: [2.15] Second prerelease available

At: ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/binutils/snapshots/binutils-2.14.92.tar.bz2

I expect to make the release, virtually unchanged, next week.  Please test
this snapshot and let us know if there are any problems.  Please don't
commit patches to the branch without at least nodding in my direction.
