Subject: ELF_LINK_POINTER_EQUALITY_NEEDED breaks gdb

Hello,

The recent ELF_LINK_POINTER_EQUALITY_NEEDED change doesn't
work with gdb.  gdb is no longer able to set breakpoints in shared
libraries.
