yet more C90 conversions


	* objcopy.c: Remove unnecessary prototypes and casts.
	* objdump.c: Remove unnecessary casts.
	* readelf.c: Convert to C90.  Remove unnecessary prototypes and casts.
	(get_osabi_name): Move so we don't need a forward declaration.
