[PATCH] NetBSD fix in MIPS ld testsuite

Subject: [PATCH] NetBSD fix in MIPS ld testsuite

This makes all NetBSD targets match as elf. Without this, e.g. mipsel-unknown-netbsd2.0 won't match, and thus skips a bunch of tests.

Committed as an obvious fix.
