nick, on second thought perhaps i would like to become the vector
extensions/whatever maintainer for the PPC port. i know i said no
before, but it would make it easier on everyone to get these things
committed.

i also have another set after this one, but i'd like to get this one in
first cuz the next batch deletes instructions motorola has decided not
to include in the e500.
