[PATCH] MIPS bfd: Standardize IRIX naming

- Subject: [PATCH] MIPS bfd: Standardize IRIX naming
Hi All,
this standardizes the comments in elfxx-mips.c to use always "IRIX"
instead of "Irix" to name SGI's OS. This is more consistent to the
rest of binutils.

* elfxx-mips.c: Call it IRIX, not Irix in comments.
