add some alpha pseudo insns

- Subject: add some alpha pseudo insns
All of these are present as macros in the assembler proper,
but aren't available when "set nomacro" is in effect. Which
is generally what you want to use when you're intending to
be using the new explicit relocations. This makes things
slightly less tedious when writing hand assembly.

* alpha-opc.c (alpha_opcodes): Add simple pseudos for
lda, ldah, jmp, ret.
