I'm not talking about the compiler.  I'm taking about gas, and where it
sets up the default "allowable opcodes" for the target.

In any case, we're getting off-topic, here.  I'm not really concerned
about how parsable "default yes for foo" is.  I'm simply concerned with
getting the m68010-netbsdelf target fully supported in time for 2.12.
