Approved and applied.
Note, I had to move the eelf_x86_64.o entry in Makefile.am from the
ALL_EMULATIONS entry to the ALL_64_EMULATIONS entry, in order to allow
--enable-targets=all to work, when --enable-64-bit-bfd is not
specified. (I also had to make a similar modification in the BFD
directory).
