It's harmless, AFAICT. Last time I noticed the problem and attempted
to fix it, there were two different macros that wanted to be called
before any other AC_TRY_COMPILE, so at least one of them would trigger
the warning. I don't recall on which directory it happened, but it
seems that this was not the case for you.
