Log message:
* emulparams/elf32ppccommon.sh (LIBPATH_SUFFIX): Provide 32-bit
and cross-endian values.
* emulparams/elf64ppc.sh: Source elf32ppccomon.sh. Delete duplicate,
and unset unwanted variables.
