* config/tc-arm.c (md_begin): Handle EABIv5.
(arm_eabis): Add EF_ARM_EABI_VER5.
* doc/c-arm.texi: Document -meabi=5.
include/elf/
* arm.h (EF_ARM_EABI_VER5): Define.
