The session manager needs to be clearer that:
-- the user probably wants to create a new session
-- how to do it
HIG also provides guideline for how to provide an informational message - it
comes with  "!" icon and is left justified.

If the user is always going to first create a sessioin then, the default for
startup should when first run go straight into the assistant.
