top level frysk "makde distcheck" fails in libunwind while trying to build "dvi".

...and likewise for installcheck target.

Rick Moseley has told me that the right guy is Richard Handerson.
I'll push it together with the distdir target implementation.

Currently the building of all docs inside libunwind is disabled in our embedded
frysk copy:
