This results in there being a flash on the user's screen of the window. Not
critical, just doesn't look nice

I just saw this was reassigned. I fixed this awhile ago? Did I forget to close
it, or is it a regression?

Bug did reappear but not a regression of the old bug. Added some
MainWindow.hideAll() in FryskGui and this seems to have fixed it
