This is a placeholder bug for inappropriately filed bugs to be DUP'd to. The GNU C Library does not contain Unix-style man pages. They are not part of the GNU C Library Reference manual, and are not maintained by the glibc maintenance effort this bug database serves. The "manual" component in bugzilla is for issues with the GNU C Library Reference Manual, which is the large Texinfo manual included in the glibc source distribution and usually called "libc" in your Info tree. If you are using man pages on a GNU/Linux system, these may be those from the man-pages packages maintained by <mtk-manpages@gmx.net>. Please contact that address or look elsewhere for the appropriate place to report your issues. They have nothing to do with glibc.
This bug will get lots of DUP annotations now.
