Currently frysk-imports contains jline 0.6, a newer version, 0.9.94, is
available. http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=64033

As tim discovered, imported, and then had to revert; upstream jline requires
Java 1.5.

I think we'll reall soon now switch to java 1.5. when that happens we can review
a number of blocked packages.

Will need some resolution when we upgrade to 1.5
