Frysk GUI truncates PID of processes

The Frysk monitor GUI - as built from the CVS head on May 15, 2006 - truncates
the display of PID values - it looks as though the area available for PIDs is 16
char wide - and PIDs are indented based on process parents. See the attached
screen shot for an example.

With the move to sessions, and the refactoring of the treeviews there, I have
not seen this (it was symptomatic of nesting rows and space).

Closing. Re-open if the truncated pids happens on the new treeview
