Features to implement this are in the current cvs HEAD.  Added the class
FryskHelpManager.  Now need to add connections to the online help from the
various screens.  We need to make sure yelp is included on one of the
dependencies in the spec file for frysk-gnome.

This has been implemented in CVS head using yelp.
