The monitor's observer window appears to have become very very small

Is this the observer menu in the process view? If so, use the Task view .. all
the observers are in there. (There are observers we can apply to a Proc now? I
thought they were all moved to Tasks?)

Fixed. Process observers are correctly displayed.
