Designing Games with Xconq

This chapter is an introduction to the process of designing games for Xconq. First we will build a simple but complete game, then we will go through the major parts of a design and see how it all works. Sections on specific techniques and the use of online design tools follow.

Note that this chapter does not formally define any of the GDL constructs mentioned. You may find the complete formal definitions in the reference manual in the next chapter.
