Side advantages are fixed.

Terrain view is always accurate once seen.
World terrain is already seen by all sides.

Sides move simultaneously.

    rover (slow, long-range)
    boulder-car (fast, small, shorter-range, hard for satellites to see)
    spy-satellite (hovers overhead, observes all below)
    base
    underground-city
    domed-city (large but vulnerable)
    underice-city (nearly invisible, can only be placed under water ice)

Terrain Types:
    plani
    highlands
    canyon
    co2-ice
    water-ice
    wall

Material Types:
    air
    water
    food
