I tried to change mime-type by:
<xsl:output method="xml"
media-type="application/xml"/>
<xsl:output method="xml"
media-type="image/svg+xml"/>
<xsl:output method="xml"
media-type="image/svg-xml"/>
And still the output is svg code.
