Try using 'Ernst & Young' instead.
James.

Subject: [xsl] What is the problem with '&'?
Hello,
I have a program which produces xml files and get a problem: when
I displaye the file in MSIE, I get an error where the '&' character
appears, like in 'Ernst & Young' with a message about space being not
allowed there. Should I escape this character?
TIA.
