Re: xalan error with plain text


Hello all,

Thanks very much for all your help.  It turns out that I was using a 
JDOMResult class to handle the  transformed document but (as I just 
found out), it only handles XML documents, not plain text.  Now all is 
working well by changing to a StreamResult instead.   Thanks again for 
all the responses.
