The Stylus product from eXcelon used to do this although it had quite a few
failings. When I last looked their new Stylus product incorporated a XSL
editor but they did not include the WYSIWYG editor. eXcelon advise that
the next version will include such an editor so keep an eye out for this.
Apart from that I have not seen one as I would also welcome such a product.
Their site is www.exceloncorp.com or www.stylusstudio.com (no I don't work
for them).

Hi all:
I need an WYSIWYG HTML editor like Dreamwaver but I want to create XSL
