| Note: JAXP is a little ambiguous as to whether the URIResolver
| should be used for the principal input files as well as secondary
| inputs. Saxon does, Xalan doesn't (I think).
This reminds me: from the Saxon sources it looked as if the
URIResolver was not used when parsing the stylesheet itself. That is,
it would not be used to resolve xsl:include and xsl:import. I assume
this is wrong and that I just didn't understand the sources correctly?
